NSCC12.ZIP contains the files (docs, schematic, board layout, etc.)
for the SCC card designed by ik5nax Lapo Pieri.

I have added a PCL (LaserJet) version of the schematic and updated
the file list. Otherwise it is the archive as available on ftp.funet.fi

I have placed it here with Lapo's permission.

It probably makes sense to put it in the tcpip/misc directory.
