Subject: European Festivals in September?

Are there any kite festivals in mainland Europe the weekend of
September 16 & 17? I have to be in Amsterdam on business, and would
like to stay a few extra day on vacation.

Ther is a kite festival at 16 & 17 september at Oirsbeek.Saturdaynight
dia and movienight and nightflying.
