I have just confirmed that there will be a Kite Festival at Dana Point,
CA, March 4-5, 1995.  The local kite store, Ride The Wind, will be putting
it on with some help from the San Diego Kite Club. 

They haven't scheduled specific events yet, but after this weekend, they
should know. Hopefully there will be a fighter competition on Sunday! That
is when Johnny and I plan to attend :-)
