(1-800-827-6364) Subject: Wild Kites in Wildwood NJ USA Remember Roger Chewning, former owner of the Meadow Mouse kite shop, and now head guru of the Eastern League and Sport Kiting Mag., and probably one of the strongest individuals and leaders in sport kiting today? Because of all his work in Wildwood NJ with the famed "East Coast SKC" over the past 10 years and now "Buggy Boogie Bananza", Roger is now performing kite shows and displays every weekend thru Labor Day at the end of Moory's Wild Wheels Peer. He and Sandy Wagner (deca boy) are doin a great job flying 3 252 flow forms, dual/quad sport kites, giving free lessons to any one. I just returned from 2 days of fun, wind, sun, and lots of flying and yes, I even gave FREE lessons to anyone that would stop! But, we had trouble getting people to take them. Wave runner rentals are $40-100, bungee jumping $25, Helecopter rides $25 for 3 minutes, these things people were pulling out there wallet for but Sport kite lessons, FREE, we hardly had any takers. We could not believe it! This is the perfect kite flying area. Kite shop on the end of a peer, lots of room, close enough to walk to the water, sky crowded with our own huge kites, and yet people would walk right by, not even looking at the kites. What more can we do to promote this sport! IF you are in the New Jersey area this summer, stop by and fly with Roger and Sandy, bring as many single line kites, dual and quad kite as possible. It really looks like a large festival with a sound system and you will have a great time with some of the best people in sport kiting today! You can even practice your ballet routines! I hope to make it down a couple of more times this year. Good luck to "Wild Kites" , Roger , Sandy, and the future of kiting. People love to get coupons. If ;you could tell them on the coupon what the normal price for the lesson is, it would make it even more of a bargain.
