After laying the rev. lines out rolling them backup on crazy-8 winders, many hundres of times, I think I've almost got it down pat. 1. Never let any one roll up your rev. lines for you, no matter how they beg to help you. 2. I usually roll from the handles to the kites, despite the recommendations to roll from one direction one time and the other direction the next time to cut down wear. I haven't seen any wear yet, but I see as good as I use to. 3. Disconnect both strings from on handle first, left or right as you prefer. Tie or hook those two stings together. Now repeat this with the other handle. 4. Attach the two pairs of lines to the crazy-8 and roll them up to the rev. 5. At the Rev. disconnect both strings from from one side of the Rev. again left or right as you prefer. Tie or hook those two stings together. Now repeat this with the other side. 6. Roll the remaining lines on to the crazy-8. Wrap the elastic band around lines to hold them in position. 7. Now let us lay the lines out again. 8. Unwrap the elastic band from around the lines. 9. Take the two pairs and seperate them. Do they appear tangled a bit? Leave them as they are, tangled a bit and attach the appropriate pair to each side of the Rev. 10. lay the lines out to the point where you want to connect the lines 11. Connect each pair seperately to each handle. 12. Do Not untie both pairs at the same time. 13. untie one pair connect it to a handle then repeat this for the other pair and handle. 14. Shake out the lines. You will most likely have a twist or two, easily corrected. Could be one pair between the other. If you took care in keeping the lines as pairs, then it is almost like handling two lines. If you handled and rolled the lines in together as four seperate lines, then your in for big trouble. Then you will need experience untangling a Peel Bridle. As I have many sets of lines and handles I always fully roll up all lines on their own crazy-8 with out the handles. Those of you who only have one set of lines per handle set, you could just leave the handles aways attached. It is quicker to lay out the lines.
